How It All Began
Dream A World Education, Inc. was founded by Grammy® Award-winning songwriter Bunny Hull and evolved from the educational outreach that began as Kids Creative Classics in 1994 and later became Dream A World® Educational Outreach. It’s beginnings consisted of Hull’s music education workshops which used music and the art of songwriting as a tool to teach children about diversity, the importance of expressing their individuality, and the power of their own creativity. As her passion for empowering youth expanded, so grew her need for touching more and more children.
Since 1994, Hull’s outreach programs and performances have been presented at Corrine Seeds UCLA, LAUSD and Clark County, Nevada school districts, UCLA’s Royce Hall, Cerritos Center for the Arts, The Alex Theatre, L.A. Times Festival of Books and Kid City and the educational books and music Dream A World has created for children have garnered five Parents Choice Awards, a Dr. Toy Award, a Parents Guide To Children’s Media award and three National Parenting Publications Awards.
Where We’re Going
It is the intention of Dream A World® to base our educational work in the Los Angeles area, and to then expand that outreach by targeting and identifying areas in the national and global community where our programs can be beneficial. Our future plans include developing educational programming for parents.
